Ayman lives in Gaza, where he has been involved in many different music projects. A rapper since 2001, he also has a bachelor’s degree in English and French Literature. He has worked with various local NGOs in Gaza as a project coordinator, in addition to assisting foreign journalists as a producer and fixer. Outside of Gaza he has coached rap with www.Rapolitics.org in Denmark, and performed concerts in France, Sweden, Tunis, and Denmark.

Marwa is a young Palestinian woman who is eager to support young Gazan musicians to build their dreams. With her 4+ years of experience in the Administrative field and her activism with multiple NGOs that support human rights, she now joins the Delia Arts Foundation in her new journey to create a thriving Music sector in Gaza. She strongly believes in the importance of Music in her community as Music has the power to change the world because it can change people.

Majd Hajjaj

Delia Representative in Palestine

Fueled by her passion for the arts, especially performance, Majd Hajjaj is a Palestinian cultural facilitator who has been involved in the cultural sector in Palestine for more than 12 years, as a cultural manager and fundraiser with multiple Palestinian organizations, and also as a circus, theatre and dance performer. Motivated by her belief in the role of the arts in fostering communities, she pursued her Master’s degree in Management from Durham University – UK with a dissertation on Marketing Management of Performing Arts Organisations. She is keen on helping Delia Arts Foundation in raising Palestinian voices through music.

After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Safa Mohanna, a Palestinian woman, started pursuing a career in the Education sector as an English trainer, although she found pleasure in helping many students. Soon enough she realized that she needed to do more for the purpose of making the world a better place. Driven by the refreshing hint of a new destination, Safa uses her content creation skills to join hands with the Delia Arts foundation and help in piercing the stories of the rising musicians by creating content from the ground in the Gaza strip.
