Thomas LUSANGO

Director

Guitarist, ethnomusician, and researcher in tribal music, Thomas is also co-founder of Clamue Asbl and initiator of the Ndaro Culture project. In 2010, he received training in sound engineering and was assigned director of the Blues Blues festival in South Kivu. In 2012, he was appointed director of the provincial ballet in Bukavu. He also received training in art therapy in 2014.

Jean-Luc RAMAZANI BYA’OMBE

Jean-Luc RAMAZANI BYA’OMBE

Assistant director

Holder of a bachelor degree in law, Jean-Luc is a cultural animator and was trained as a radio reporter. He was a presenter of cultural programs for 4 years. Since 2016, he has been director of the Lzulu Live project for concert production. In August 2021, he participated as a cultural facilitator in a training workshop organized by the Corporation of artists of South Kivu on art for change. Currently assistant director of the Delia-Ndaro Art Culture center, he is responsible for administration, communication and project management.

Paul MUGISHO KAJIRAMUGABI

Paul MUGISHO KAJIRAMUGABI

Program manager

With a degree in rural economics, Paul joined the Delia-Ndaro Art Culture space in 2018 where he trained as a gospel singer artist. He has followed several training courses, notably in voice training, classical and jazz guitar, piano and drawing, and has won several gospel competitions in Bukavu.

Malaika ANGELUS WALUPAKAH

Malaika ANGELUS WALUPAKAH

Finances

Originally a medical doctor, Malaika has been an awareness-raising and investigator in several associations, notably Unissons-Nous pour l’Avenir de l’Humanité (UNAH). In February 2020, she participated in the Requiem for Peace project, performed by the International Classical Choir of Bukavu in collaboration with the Swiss cooperation. Having recently received training in finance, she is in charge of finance at Delia-Ndaro Art Culture.

Roger CUBAKA BAGUMA

Roger CUBAKA BAGUMA

Logistics

Trained in cinema, Roger joined Delia-Ndaro Art Culture in 2015 as a theater and cinema teacher, and also heads the cinema department there. In 2020, he participated in the training workshop for guitar repair and became assistant director for the television series Boom Rang produced by Delia-Ndaro Art Culture.

Huguette KOMPANYI

Huguette KOMPANYI

Secretary-receptionist

A graduate in pedagogy, Huguette has been a receptionist and secretary at Delia-Ndaro Art Culture since 2020.
